The Nun's Priest is a character in the Canterbury Tales written by Geoffrey Chaucer (1343 - 1400). The priest of the church accompanies the nuns so that they may offer up their confessions. The Nun's Priest tells a story of the barnyard rooster, Chaunticleer, his lady, and a fox. The design is based 15th century woodcut.
